We restock the store on a daily basis. We receive multiple truckloads a week.
We will accept returns and exchanges with a valid receipt for 30 days after purchase. Exchanges will be for equal value of purchased product. Returns will be made in the same manner the customer paid.
Items must be returned in the same condition it was purchased in with all parts it came with.
If you are part of our rewards program we can look up your purchase history if you don’t have a receipt. If it is within 30 days of purchase, money will be refunded in the form of store credit.
The merchandise you will find in our retail store ranges from overstocks, new and refurbished items, box damage, out-of-season goods, and customer returns.
We often have sales on our merchandise at random. We will have sales where everything in store is an extra 50% off!
Make sure to follow our Facebook page and join our rewards program to be alerted when it is a sale day!
We do not combine coupons during our sales. Coupons allow you to receive even better deals on products on days without a sale.
We take great care to ensure that items are delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will receive your order within 7-10 working days from the date of the order by following the steps below:
We usually take 1-2 business days to process your order (if all items are available). Note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

We use FedEx and UPS for delivery.
Jackpot Discount Store has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you don’t have the receipt, but are apart of our Rewards Program we can look up the order. Refunds will be made in the same manner the customer paid.
To start a return, you can bring the item to us in store or contact us at sales@dealpatrol.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Our return policy does not apply to wholesale deals. All wholesale & pallet purchases are final sale, which is standard in our industry.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
